Anjali Agarwal , as Chief Operating Officer (COO) , she is responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of Ananya Package. With a proven track record in leadership and a passion for innovation, she oversees the day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and growth. With a unique blend of vision, expertise, and dedication, Anjali Agarwal plays a vital role in propelling the company forward, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

Archit Agarwal as Director of Packaging Operations of our organization, spearheads the strategic development and implementation of packaging solutions, driving innovation, efficiency, and sustainability across our entire packaging portfolio. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement, Archit Agarwal ensures our products arrive at customers doorstep with maximum impact and minimum environmental footprint.

Santosh Rajan has joined our organization as the Director of Business Operations & Administration, effective January 2, 2025 . With over 30 years of extensive experience at Procter & Gamble India, where he excelled in various roles including Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Customer Services, Purchasing Operations, Sourcing, and Contract Site Management, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. A seasoned professional with a proven track record of thriving in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines and multiple deliverables. Mr. Rajan is responsible for leading and managing the overall business operations and administrative functions of the organization. This includes developing strategies, managing budgets, ensuring operational efficiency, and overseeing administrative tasks to support the organization's growth and success.
